1. Introduction
The Vendor Portal Signature – Purchase/RFQ Signature module (dev_purchase_signature) by DevIntelle enables vendors to digitally sign purchase requests and orders directly via your Odoo website portal. The signature is then reflected both in the portal and backend, and included in purchase and RFQ PDF reports.
2. Key Features
Web Portal Signature: Vendors can sign purchase documents (RFQs or POs) from the website portal with ease.
Backend Reflection: Signatures appear on the corresponding purchase records in the Odoo backend.
PDF Signature Printing: Digital signatures are embedded in RFQ and PO PDF reports, enhancing document authenticity.
3. Benefits
Streamlined Vendor Approval: Vendors can quickly review, sign, and submit purchase documents through the portal.
Enhanced Compliance & Traceability: Digital signatures provide evidence of vendor approval and commitment.
Improved Documentation: Signed PDFs ensure clear, tamper-evident records for both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Compatibility
Odoo Version: Compatible with Odoo 17.0, and also available in earlier versions (14, 15, 16).
Required Apps: Purchase (purchase), Website (website), Invoicing (account), Discuss (mail).
