1. Introduction

The Vendor Purchase Analysis Report module for Odoo 16.0 enables detailed analytics of vendor purchases. You can generate and export reports in PDF and Excel formats, offering insights by vendor, product, date range, and purchase order or RFQ status

  • Run vendor purchase reports for specific date ranges, including precise date–time filtering

  • Export reports in PDF and XLS/XLSX formats 

  • Generate analysis based on purchase orders, products, or both 

  • Filter reports by PO/RFQ status (All, Draft, RFQ sent, Purchase Order, Locked) for targeted insight

  • Includes a wizard interface to view reports directly from the module’s menu

5. Installation

  1. Purchase and download the module for Odoo 16.0.

  2. Ensure these dependencies are installed:

    • Purchase (purchase)

    • Invoicing / Accounting (account)

    • Discuss / Mail (mail)

  3. In your Odoo backend:

    • Go to Apps → click Update Apps List.

    • Search for Vendor Purchase Analysis Report (or technical name sh_vendor_purchase_analysis).

    • Click Install.
