Introduction
The OKR & Project Integrator module bridges Odoo’s Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework with the Project application, transforming strategic goals into actionable workflows. By enabling the creation of projects and tasks directly from OKR nodes, this integration ensures that objectives are not merely documented—but are actively executed and measurable. It offers clarity, alignment, and operational efficiency across organizational goals.
Key Features
Assign OKR items (Objectives or Key Results) to projects or tasks for seamless alignment.
Create projects and tasks directly within the OKR module to drive action from strategic goals.
Monitor how many OKR items are linked to each project for better visibility.
Track the number of associated projects or tasks under each Objective or Key Result for clarity.
Benefits
Enables OKRs to be transformed into real, executable workflows rather than remaining theoretical plans.
Facilitates collaboration by mapping objectives to tangible tasks and assigning them to team members.
Enhances transparency and accountability with comprehensive tracking of OKR-to-project mappings.
Improves goal execution efficiency by breaking down high-level targets into manageable tasks.
